GRANNY JUROR GIVES PROSECUTOR THE FINGER IN TYCO CASE
Following her explosive gesture of appearing to make an "OK" sign to defense lawyers on Friday in the trial of former Tyco International executives, Juror #4 has followed up with what many judicial pundits consider an even more aggregious act -- giving the prosecutor the finger. Although accounts of said juror's latest
move differ in small ways, observers generally agree that during the jury's latest appearance in the courtroom, Juror #4 placed her index finger in her right nostril and looked directly at the lead prosecutor. "There was no mistaking her intentions", said one observer present. To add insult to injury,
she apparently followed this move by discharging 'a large fart'.
