STALLONE MAKES SURPRISE SPEECH AT REPUBLICAN CONVENTION
Following in the footsteps of his action star colleague Arnold Shwarzenegger, Sylvester Stalone made a surprise appearance at the Republican National Convention. In a short speech that riveted delegates, Stallone proclaimed Bush to be as steady as 'The Rock', reminisced about his personal experience fighting in Afghanistan, albeit in film, and ended with a hauntingly brooding repitition of the phrase "They drew first blood...They drew first blood".
